Animation Reel : September 2009 from Anirudh Bhalotia on Vimeo.
If you like it, a lot of credit goes to the wonderful Animation Mentor Community, for their generous and continuous supply of feedback.
If you don't, then its entirely my fault, but please feel free to point out where I can improvise, so that my next reel is much stronger than this.
Thank You !

Hope you don't mind if I point out a few things :)
1st dialogue shot-
The body feels stiff - I don't feel it moves fluidly/organically. Maybe some overlaps in the spine, neck/head, arms etc. will help.
last shot (dialogue):
I feel like there are way too many hand gestures. It seems like the hand movements made by the guy (after "we should date!") are somewhat redundant. I would focus more animation on the facial expressions and the shoulder. You can have some subtle hand animation where it is resting but the fingers move a little showing the related gesture.
The kick shot works well in my opinion.
If you don't already do this, it's a good idea to shoot yourself while you're acting the shot. Most of the time, the acting will be a bit overdone. You could ask another person to deliver the dialogue or perform an act rather than "acting" because the moment it feels like a pretense there's a tendency to behave artificially.
These are observations from my own experience while animating, so I thought I should share them.
I hope you don't think i'm being too nitpicky or harsh.
I still have to animate a dialogue shot myself, so when I do that, you can nitpick the hell out of it! :)
Thanks a ton for your feedback Samyuktha.
I am already on to tweaking it.
Cheers!
